General Bonus Policy:

• If the odds change after a bet is accepted, the bet will be settled at the original odds
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and a refund will be issued

• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00

Casino Games:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betandreas:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating two or more accounts by the same person

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering
• Hacking & Fraud: Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's systems
• Registration by Minors: Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Automated Betting Software: Placing bets using bots or automated systems
• Accumulator Betting: Attempting to manipulate odds by colluding with other players

Voluntary Closure: You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@betandreas.ws or via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion): As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 1 week up to 6 months.

Closure initiated by Betandreas: Betandreas may close an account for breach of these terms. In such cases:

• Standard closure: your balance will be returned and the reason will be communicated
• Restrictive closure: funds may be forfeited in the event of a terms violation
